should i mod my xbox so i can backup games? I rather pay a nerd to mod my xbox then to by a new COD4 game and who knows later in the future another games that the xbox might fuck up for me.
But it voids warranty right?

But it voids warranty right? Yes. If anything happens to your system if you mod it, Microsoft will just laugh in your face.

Also when they release new updates some of those updates can detect mod chips.......which means your xbox live account is banned FOREVER.......FOOOORRRRREEEEEVVVVVVEEEEERRRR (sandlot).

If you mod your system, and they tag you while you're playing online... they will ban your system ID refusing your xbox to play on LIVE... which pretty much makes your xbox a playstation 1... or a nintendo...

Which would mean, Surge, you'd have to buy a brand new 360 and a new XBL account in order to play online.
