Well my CD got that stupid halo ring from moving my xbox just a bit (from vertical to horizontal position) . I wonder if i can get my refund from Microsoft for not saying anything regarding that matter? I am forced to fork out another 60 bones for a new game. I bought that Disc Skip Fixer from EB ... It got rid of some stuff but the disk is still unreadable, just letting you know.
I dont have much time to pick up the new game, quite frankly im not motivated to do so.. If this keeps happening i might as well stay playing pc games with the amount of money being thrown at xbox.

Why would MS refund your money? It's not their fault, it's yours and your's alone for moving the system while it was on (im guessing it was on, since that's the only way it could get the ring). Basically you are screwed. Because even GameStop stopped replacing games with rings on them like 3 months after the system came out. You are either gonna have to buy the game again or you wont be playing any COD4 for a while.

Yeah, I think Microsoft will just tell you that you broke it... unless you tell them your console over heated and left an imprint in your cd... i'm sure there is someway to get a replacement AT LEAST...

they should scratch the CD idea and use like USB drives as CD's or something where you plug in and plug out and its small and nice... just make binders for that for it so you dont lose it.

Maybe in 10 or 15 years they will jump to that, but right now it cost to much to make a flash drive with games on it over DVDs

Im sure people don't mind paying an extra 20 bucks for a better item knowing it will run smooth every time. Games on DVD's run perfect when you take care of them. I have never had any issues with any of my games...ever. And plus, you already complain about the price of games now Surge, are you going to want to spend $80 on a game?

I have nephews and a niece that come over to my house and their pain in a the ass to watch. I love em but if i forget to lock my office down good luck finding papers or items end up missing. Its 3 vs 1 and im always out numbered. I dont want to jail them into one room. They crawl all over my house including area's that i would have never imagen like under my bed. Sure, your a single guy living to yourself so of course nothing would get damaged. I have a big family tree and it just doesn't work like that. My brothers come over and my house is never empty pretty much cuz its a fun house to be at.
