I just contacted ryan servers, our TS company heres what the conversation looked like:
Support: Hello, my name is Ray. I would be happy to assist you with setting up your services today or by answering any questions you may have. You: Hi, lately (last 10 hours, our TeamSpeak server has been losing connection constantly, i was wondering what was going on? Support: We are aware of the situation and are dealing with a bad Cisco boarder switch in the data center in Dallas. It is top priority and being worked on as we speak due to issues starting about an hour ago after this morning's episode. Support: The datacenter has 2 Cisco technicians on that switch right now You: Oh, ok, well thanks for the info, we were really wondering what was happening Thx again for the update Support: I would love to give you better news but that is a VERY expensive switch and we have the Cisco guys trying to repair the issue right now You: Yeh they must be Support: above a $20,000 switch Support: the data center has I think 5 of them You: Wow, that's some piece of equipment... will it be fixed by tonight/tomorow? Support: It was supposed to have been fixed this morning when the issues first started Support: something in the firmware is acting up and Cisco is fully responsible for it...we have them working on it You: alright, Support: when something is that expensive you have their direct phone numbers You: hehe i guess so Support: the issue is known and we are doing everything we can to restore connectivity to the network....this is effecting thousands of computers and is TOP priority You: Ok, well im sure you guys will figure out a way to fix it soon, i need to get going, thx for the update! Support: we are doing everything possible to prevent bringing the network completely offline to replace the boarder switch You: ok You: Bye and thanks again
So it should be fixed soon i guess

Hey spycho, we will take care of letting know people our teamspeak IP, we don't want random people to access our TeamSpeak.
Thanks

20 k switch? for a data center does not seem to be alot of money. One would think for an enterprise quality switch they would look at 6500s at the core and multihome their servers at the edge. What do I know I am management these days. I hope they get you up and running soon. BTW - firmware simply just does not flake out as they have described.....I would guess that there is bad piece of hardware in there causing the firmware to go on the fritz. My 2 cents.... keysersoze
