yeah can you tell me how to change my clock speed and help me with that.. why do you want to change your clock speed? is it really worth runing your CPU for some extra speed when you'll probably never notice it? back in the day you could get a large speed increase by doing so when processors ran slower...but now they run so fast that pushing it a little bit doesn't make a lot of sense in my opinion.

Funny thing is that "pushing the CPU" is what AMD is all about. On Pentiums it can drastically reduce the life of the CPU since Pentiums are not designed to handle the increased flux of information and therefore they succumb to any electronic components worst enemy.......HEAT, while AMD's architecture is designed to handle this increased heat dissipation that is necessary for the processor to keep functioning. To change the clock speed there are multiple ways of doing so and it mostly boils down to what motherboard you have and what specific AMD chip you have. You need these two pieces of information to be able to determine if you need to change jumpers around on the MB or if it is just in the setup of the BIOS or if it is just a monitoring program that you need to download that keeps an eye on your CPU settings.
