I hardly see people posting anymore, or maybe it is just the weekend.... I need to entertain myself.... I am going to be pretty busy this week too... so i might not be on that much, but i will try! As for the team meeting, again, i wont be able to make it, i am busy 7-9 CST over here!

Meeting, I guess I have to read the forums more. I've been busy house hunting and getting my new system up and running.

so your mic wont work? which mic port are you using, the front or the back? Actually now I remember you saying you plugged into every hole you could find lol. And you have tried multiple sound cards with multiple mics? Must be some setting in windows. Have you tried it outside of TS?
And is it 7:00 PST?

7 pm pacific yes..... and as for windows, i tryed to do Windows Recording to record my voice , and it recorded me really quite also. So i am going to go do 1 more thing. I am going to go buy a BRAND NEW head set and see what happens, if nothing goes, then i will take my pc to shop and gonna have to loose 100 bucks or so i bet.
by the way, donations for team speak is still open, i think i pay like 11 bucks for it a month, but it all adds up to my bills lol.. Please use team speak, i dont want to be blowing money away.

Does your mic have a volume switch on the mic or near it?? Mine has that, i sometimes accidentally hit the switch and it will turn the volume of my mic down.... And if the meeting is 7PM PST... then i can make it, but i will be about 20 to 25 minutes late.... I live a half and hour from town...

If it is recording really quiet and you have it turned up through both windows sound properties in that MSN Messenger wizard my guess would be that it is a bad Mic. Could try buying some cheap one to test it out. Mine is a little tiny one that i got with my PC like 6 years ago and it still works fine . -VM

mine is a headset with the switch.... it keeps much of the outside noise out and lets me hone in on the sounds in the game! ;D
I can hear people running around again, just like DF2!!

Surge, do you have a onboard audio as well as an add-in card? I wonder if your onboard audio was accidently enabled and it is interfering with your mic.
