I think it's up to personal preference, but I use the M21 to make sure I can get a second shot off quickly in case I miss the first, or to finish off Juggernauts. The bolt is supposed to be more accurate, but if you hold your breath I don't think there's a noticeable difference. The .50 cal is great for power, but the recoil on it can be pretty annoying and in Hardcore most snipers kill in one shot anyways. The only reason I'd use it is if I were playing non-Hardcore and using some other perk besides Stopping Power.
As for Overkill, I just started using that for my sniper class with M21 / silenced MP5. Haven't played with it enough to really evaluate it, but earlier I was the last one left in a round of S&D and had to rush and defuse the bomb; having the MP5 to back me up definitely saved my ass there.

Yeah thats what i would do... As it seems like you run faster with a Mp5 kit then p90, i think im gonna start using the overkill mode ... mp5/m21 and if that doesn't work out, i will try using p90 instead of mp5 or G36c silenced.
The Sniper body is nice when you do camping sniping.. The problem is its bigger and it seems like maybe its easier for people to hit you if your in a face to face fight.. It also seems like your running slower then the kit using mp5. Anybody notice that or just me?

i agree with purlman, night maps would be awesome, they give you nightvision, but theres really no need for them. unless u count wetwork, which most ppl still dont use nightvision on it. they need way more!

Its microsofts xbox live money system. Instead of buying online games with money you first have to purchase these points then use to buy the points.

Yea, you can buy points thought the Marketplace using a credit card or anywhere where they sell 360 games (like GameStop, Best Buy....). You can use the points to buy the arcade games on the 360, map packs, gamer pictures, TV shows, movies or whatever else is offered on the Marketplace on the 360.
Points are - $19.99 for 1600 $49.99 for 4000
There is no sales tax on the points either, so if they try and charge you tax, raise hell!

Then a mass email went out to the stores telling us to change it in the system to an nontaxable item.

Wal-Mart as a whole isn't. I bet if you go to another Wal-Mart they wont charge you the tax, because I know the one near me doesn't.
